Darwin and Richard have worked on my 03 Jaguar S Type, 03 Chevy Suburban. On both occasions they have been extremely professional with their customer service and workmanship. I stopped by this shop on April 18, 2019. I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from the used dealership next to the shop. I wanted to have the vehicle checked out before I bought it. The staff at Milex were very professional and did a thorough check of the vehicle. They went over everything that was wrong and gave me a quote to get some items repaired if I decided to purchase the vehicle. I was very pleased with their service and felt that they gave me an honest opinion. I would recommend them place to others.

I will never use any other mechanic than Milex in holiday. I have been told my car needed expensive repairs at another shop and Richard at Milex not only told me this was not the case and repaired my car for much less, the customer service is wonderful. They have literally saved me thousands of dollars in unnecessary repairs. Do not take your vehicle anywhere else. This shop is honest and reliable.

Very understanding team that got my vehicle fixed so we could get back to Wisconsin. Checked other places, but nobody could match price with 3 year warranty. Richard and his staff very knowledgeable and great people to work with. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been very impressed with all the service I’ve gotten here at Milex. The techs are great and saved me $200 off a transmission by catching that it just needed a torque converter. I rarely trust mechanics as I’m suspicious, but I trust these guys. I go to them for oil changes to major issues. A+ milex. Way to treat customers!
