10/10 Recommend! This is hands down the best mechanic shop I’ve been to. These guys are top notch customer service and very fair on pricing. Everyone is very knowledgeable. They do not make you feel stupid about your car questions. As a young female I appreciate their honesty and feel comfortable taking all my vehicles to them. The owner is also a great guy with a big heart!

Brought in my car late on Friday. I thought I was going to have to wait till the next day for a diagnosis but it was quick and so was the repair. Was able to pick it up the next morning. It's really hard for me to trust mechanics, had a lot of bad experiences that made me hesitant to say the least. That being said I've found my new go-to shop. Reasonable pricing and the customer service/ respect I received was a nice change pace for sure. Always take care of me here. Thank you!!!!

After calling a few auto repair shops around Tampa I finally found my guy Richard! Over the phone he was professional and polite, and knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. Amazing prices, super fast service , and even gave me and my wife 2 free oil changes! Now my cars running like brand new! Nobody’s messin with my guy Richard and his team at Milex / Mr Transmission!! Highly recommended!!

My daughter has been here before and can't say enough about them, now l know why. We stopped by today with a noisy belt. They looked at it, fixed a loose bolt and sent her on her way within minutes.. Free of charge!! Thanks Milex for looking out for your loyal customers.

Excellent customer service! They called and talked me through every option and updated me often. I've stopped in since then needing to ask questions and they stopped what they were doing to make me a priority. I would highly recommend them!

Richard and Fernando, and the whole team are truly amazing people. They care about their customers and are always willing to help in any way that they can, they have great prices and quality service. We were in and out for a tire rotation and oil change in less than 30 minutes. We were really down on our luck and they helped us be able to get a new car, when our car basically died. I will not ever go to another mechanic, there’s no need when they have such amazing service.

I cannot recommend Richard (The Manager) and this location strongly enough. After having dealt with a few dishonest mechanics in the past using this location was a breath of fresh air. Richard was great to deal with, he was honest with exactly what the problem was, quoted me exactly what I ended up paying and repaired the car in the time frame that he gave. The premises are clean the staff are friendly and I don't see how I could have had a better experience. Originally I had quotes from three other transmission shops, I went with this place due to Richards superior knowledge of the car that I have, which is a Volvo, some shops wouldn't even give me a quote due to the car being a little bit of a specialist vehicle, however, Richard knew the product well and I'm very happy with the repair and haven't had any more problems since the car was returned. Save yourself a lot of problems and give this place a call, if you're on the fence as to who to use for your repair, give Richard a call and talk to him before making any decisions.
