I had new tires put on my car at a different local place they told me I needed some expensive suspension work. I called Richard @ Milex because he has always been straight with me. He told me over the phone it was a con. I brought my car to him for regular scheduled maintenance Rich found multiple issues. I didn't want to spend the money but I knew he wasn't pulling my chain and I can't afford a new one so I had it all done except the catalytic converter. I figured I could beat the price of the converter on-line and I did. I brought the part back to Rich a week later and he put it in for free. Go to this Milex if you have doubts or questions on your car repair.

These guys are great! Every time I bring my car in, they take it in immediately. The staff is professional and knowledeable and they look for ways to save me money. I'd definitely recommend trying them out!

I called and spoke with Richard the manager to ask for an appointment and he was very nice and stated to come in early the next day and would be happy to check out my transmission . I went in the next morning to have the transmission checked. Richard and his crew inspected my car they told me was not my transmission. but found about four other problems one was a cracked motor mount and Two rotors needed replaced which I was told before. I was impressed how they checked other possible reasons for my car problem. I had previously went to AAmco, and well just say they was going to charge me for something that did not need done. After I had Richard at Milex Mr. Transmission finish the work on my car, I feel much more safe. Richard let me know my car is now in very good shape to take long trips. I would recommend this place to everyone who needs honest people working on your vehicle. they know what they are doing. Thanks so much Richard.

I was having significant issues with my vehicle. I brought it into another car service shop earlier in the day. They wouldn't touch my vehicle, and by time I left I thought it was doomsday. I called Milex/Mr. Transmission and spoke to Richard, and explained the situation. He told me to bring the vehicle right in. Within a few minutes of arriving was greeted by Richard, gave him my information and the keys to my car. Within I'd say 10-15 my car was test driven and on the lift. They found the issues, came to get me and showed me/ explained what was going on. Gave me a quote and an estimated time frame the vehicle would be done. Richard had Fernando drop me off at my home and pick me up when the vehicle repairs were done. In the event the vehicle was not done, they offered to bring me to my appointment on the other side of Palm Harbor. The vehicle was done exactly when Richard said it would be. Richard and Fernando were straightforward and right to the point, they were honest and their customer service was awesome, and of course the price was very reasonable. It was the first time significant work was done and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of and unnecessary work being done. I highly recommend Milex/Mr. Transmission and they will now be my go to for all issues with my vehicle.

The work at milex was fast and they are very nice. The shop and the bathrroms were very clean. The manager there walked me through step by step on what my car needed and explained it the way a regualar person without car mechanic experiance could understand it. I recommend them to everyone I Know

Quality service at reasonable prices.

I called on a Wednesday and spoke to Richard (technician) regarding symptoms on my 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis that I had been told previously were transmission problems. I took the car in that afternoon at 3pm. They ran a computer check and dropped the pan to check for filings. I was surprised they told me the transmission was fine. They found the problem to be in the differential and had it fixed and returned to me on Saturday morning. Fernando, the owner, drove me home in Spring Hill Wednesday evening and then picked me up Saturday morning. I am very pleased with the service and would recommend them highly.

Richard, Fernando and staff all worked hard on my Ford Escape. There were many issues with it from transmission, to leaking oil gaskets, to riding rough due to shocks and struts being worn out. They acted professionally and kept me notified of progress. I don't have many friends, but they treat me like one. I feel welcomed here. Great Job, Guys!!!!

Called them at 4:45 in the afternoon told them my car was only going top speed of 30 mph then at idle the engine was reving up. They told me over the phone it was probably a sensor. I dropped off that night after they closed. They had it fixed by 10 am the next morning. They were awesome in diagnosis and repair was quick and the best thing I still have money :) Honest and inexpensive

i was recently at this mechanics and they were very helpful and made sure i knew what they were doing as well as didnt charge me an arm and a leg, overall great service.
